1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing our website, registering for training courses, or utilizing the T4TEQ student/staff portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our internal academic code of conduct. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platforms and services.
2. Admission & Student Eligibility
Admission to training batches is confirmed upon verification of registration details and allocation of a unique student registration number (Reg No). Students are expected to maintain at least 85% attendance across lecture and laboratory practicals to remain eligible for placement assistance and final course certification.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum designs, instructional videos, source code repositories, practice datasets, and study materials provided by T4TEQ remain the exclusive intellectual property of T4TEQ Software Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or public broadcasting of course materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Certification & QR Code Verification
Certificates of completion are issued only upon satisfactory completion of assigned coursework, capstone projects, and signoff by assigned Training Managers and Super Admins. Every authentic certificate features an encrypted QR code and serial number verifiable via our public portal at t4teq.com/verify.
5. Code of Conduct
Students and campus visitors are expected to maintain professionalism, respect trainers and fellow learners, and adhere to lab workstation usage guidelines. Any form of harassment, malicious digital interference, or academic dishonesty may result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of training services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
